Grant of Licence

Subject to these terms, EntityProof grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited licence to access and use our platform and any reports or materials we deliver to you for your internal business purposes only.

Permitted Uses

• •Viewing and reading reports delivered to you.
• •Sharing reports internally within your organisation.
• •Using findings to inform internal business strategy and decision-making.
• •Referencing report findings in presentations to investors or partners with attribution.

Prohibited Uses

• •Reselling, sublicensing, or distributing our reports to third parties for commercial gain.
• •Removing or altering any EntityProof branding or attribution from reports.
• •Using our platform output to create competing products or services.
• •Claiming ownership of any methodology, scoring system, or content produced by EntityProof.

Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in and to our platform, methodology, scoring systems, and report templates remain exclusively with EntityProof. This licence does not convey any ownership rights.

Termination

This licence terminates automatically if you violate any of these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of licensed materials and destroy any copies in your possession.

No Warranty

Materials are provided as-is. EntityProof makes no warranties about the suitability of reports for any particular purpose beyond the stated scope of our services.
