We build the layer between
your company and doubt.
Three distinct scopes. The free website check is the starting point; broader review and search or AI observations require separate agreement.
Free website check
- Source
- Accessible public pages on one submitted website. External profiles and registers are outside this scope.
- Action
- Read the accessible pages and identify what they state, what is unclear, and what could not be examined.
- Output
- One website. Accessible public pages. Source-linked observations where available, explicit limitations, and up to three practical next actions.
- Limitation
- The free check does not independently verify the company, test live AI shortlists, provide monitoring or a numerical authority score, or give KYC, AML, banking or compliance approval.
Broader diagnostic / manual review
- Source
- An agreed set of public website pages, records, profiles or references, where access is available.
- Action
- A separately agreed manual review compares specific claims with the selected sources and records their provenance and dates.
- Output
- A source-linked review with supported observations, unresolved questions and agreed priorities. Scope, owner, timing and deliverables are confirmed separately.
- Limitation
- Not included in the free check. Source availability and independence vary; no company verification, compliance clearance or third-party approval is implied.
Search / AI representation observation
- Source
- Actual outputs from explicitly named search or AI platforms, captured with query, date and relevant context.
- Action
- When separately scoped and performed, record the observed output, citations and limitations. Website inspection alone cannot establish these results.
- Output
- A dated observation record of what a particular platform displayed under the recorded conditions; only collected outputs can be reported.
- Limitation
- Not included in the free check and not ongoing monitoring. Outputs can vary and do not prove causation or durable shortlist inclusion. The Free AI Shortlist Check remains a separate future capability.
Implementation is separate from the free check. Review the 14-Day Trust Sprint.
How to read an observation
Source provenance
Identify the page or record, its publisher and supporting excerpt. A source link shows where an observation came from, not that its claim is independently true.
Date and freshness
Record when the source was examined and any stated effective date. A dated observation may become stale; it is not continuous monitoring.
Independence
Distinguish company-controlled statements from independent corroboration. Related sites or repeated copy do not establish independence.
Evidence limitations
Not checked, source unavailable and insufficient evidence describe different limits. None is proof that a company lacks the claimed fact.
The outcome
The free check produces bounded website observations and up to three practical next actions. It does not establish the truth of the company's claims or predict a reviewer's decision.
Broader review and search/AI observations remain separate scopes. No ongoing monitoring service is included or promised by the free check.
