Services

EntityProof provides trust infrastructure services including public footprint audits, trust signal analysis, credibility reporting, and ongoing monitoring. The scope of services is defined in your service agreement or the specific product you have requested.

Acceptable Use

• •You may only use our services for lawful purposes.
• •You may not submit false information about any company.
• •You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy our platform.
• •You may not use our services to harm, defame, or misrepresent any entity.

Intellectual Property

All content, reports, methodologies, and materials produced by EntityProof remain our intellectual property unless explicitly stated in a written agreement. You receive a licence to use reports for your own business purposes only.

Accuracy of Reports

Our reports are based on publicly available information at the time of audit. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee completeness. Reports should be used as one input among many in business decision-making.

Limitation of Liability

EntityProof is not liable for business decisions made based on our reports, indirect or consequential losses, or damages arising from third-party data inaccuracies. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to suspend access immediately for violations of these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before escalation to formal proceedings.
